100% Refund with Opening Video:
- To receive a full refund, please provide a video showing the complete process of opening the package. The video should clearly display the condition and contents of the package.
50% Refund without Opening Video:
- If you do not provide an opening video, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
Return of the Damaged Product:
- No return of the damaged product is expected from the customer, regardless of whether the damage occurred during transit or for any other reason.
Steps to Request a Refund:

Record the Opening Video:
Ensure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the condition of the contents. The video must be clear and unedited to accurately represent the condition of the package and its contents. -
Submit the Video:
WhatsApp the video to our customer service team at 8589055109 within 48 hours of receiving the order. -
Receive Confirmation:
Once we review the video, we will process your refund within 3 days and notify you.
Missing Item:
- In case of a missing item, you can claim a refund using the same procedure as for a damaged product.
- Alternatively, you can choose to receive the missing item with your next order instead of a refund.
