1. No Returns or Exchanges for Intact Products

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are delivered intact and in good condition.

  • Returns, refunds, or replacements are applicable only in cases of damaged or missing products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

  • Please ensure that you review the product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

2. Refund Policy for Damaged Products

Refunds for damaged products are processed based on the submission of an opening video:

100% Refund with Opening Video

  • A full refund is applicable when a clear, continuous, and unedited opening video is provided, showing the package being opened and the condition of the product.

50% Refund without Opening Video

  • If an opening video is not available, a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price of the damaged product may be provided.

Return of Damaged Products

  • Customers are not required to return damaged products, regardless of whether the damage occurred during transit.

3. Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Record the Opening Video: Record the complete process of opening the package, clearly showing the outer packaging and the condition of the contents.

  2. Submit the Video: WhatsApp the video to our customer service team at 8589055109 within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  3. Receive Confirmation: Our team will review the claim and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days of confirmation.

4. Missing Items

  • If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • You may request a refund for the missing item by following the same claim procedure as for damaged products.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive the missing item along with your next order.
