o    To receive a full refund, please provide a video showing the complete process of opening the package. The video should clearly display the condition and contents of the package.
2.⁠ ⁠50% Refund without Opening Video:
o    If you do not provide an opening video, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
Steps to Request a Refund:
1.⁠ ⁠Record the Opening Video: 
Ensure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the condition of the contents. The video must be clear and unedited to accurately represent the condition of the package and its contents.
2.⁠ ⁠Submit the Video:

3.⁠ ⁠Receive Confirmation:
 Once we review the video, we will process your refund and notify you of the next steps.
